The plan starts at $78 per week which will include 3 meals per week that will serve roughly 1-2 people the site claims. These recipes are designed to help athletes and active individuals stay at their peak while adhering to the TB12 nutritional philosophy.

I know what Tom is doing is revolutionary, but if I had to eat ‘WHITE LENTIL RISOTTO WITH WINTER ROASTED VEGETABLE, MEYER LEMON & CASHEW GREMOLATA’ or ‘CRISPY TURNIP CAKES WITH QUINOA TABBOULEH AND ZA’ATAR YOGURT’ on a daily basis, I would probably consider driving myself off a cliff. I respect what Tom is doing for his body and how he is changing the way athletes should think about their bodies, but it’s just not for me. Maybe I’ll give it a crack for a week and report to you all how much I want to just eat a Big Mac.
This is Tom’s passion, this is what he will most likely be doing after football. He has acknowledged that numerous times on WEEI during interviews with Kirk & Callahan. That’s great, I wish I could be as passionate about food as Tom is. When he says #EatLikeAGoat, he literally means eating rabbit food, I can’t commit to that.
