If you are just waking up, what a morning it has been. Jimmy Garoppolo’s official blue check marked Instagram account posted at 4:30 AM this message saying goodbye to everyone in New England:(the post was just deleted, but here is a screen grab of it)
The message says ‘So grateful for my time in New England. Peace out Boston.’ Leading everyone to believe that the quarterback was traded. Turns out, there are now claims that his account was possibly hacked:
Source close to Jimmy Garoppolo tells me QB hasn't been traded to his knowledge, and the Instagram post sound like a "prank/hack."

I don’t know what to believe! What’s real and what’s not real! I’m trained as a professional to watch for the blue check mark, and now the blue check marks aren’t real!?!? Whenever an athlete says they were hacked, I just assume that’s code for ‘It was me, but I got a little f*cked up last night and drank too much’. Maybe Jimmy G should go with something other than ‘password’ for his Instagram password? Blount and White both liked the post.
I'm more inclined to think Jimmy Garoppolo was just messing around than to think he was hacked.

No chance Garoppolo was just ‘messing around’. That’s the kind of behavior that’ll get your ass sent packing to Cleveland faster than you can say ‘Von Miller Money’. If my quarterback doesn’t have two-step verification on his Instagram account, I’m not sure he has the head to be my quarterback…
Update: Garoppolo was in Chicago last night at a Blackhawks game, I’m gonna guess that he was hammered after the game and decided to screw with fans. But the post is still on IG, looks like he hasn’t answered BB’s phone calls yet this morning…
In case if anyone's wondering, Jimmy Garoppolo was at the Blackhawks game last night. pic.twitter.com/eX8sZIj86e
