This is the Jettsiest thing since the butt fumble. New York Jets rookie QB, Sam Darnold, threw a touchdown on his first NFL pass, the only problem was, it was to the wrong team.
That’s right, his first pass thrown in the NFL was a pick 6:
The worst possible start anyone can imagine for a QB minus an injury.
Sam Darnold just pulled it off. Congrats #Jets

This is absolutely hilarious and if you look up the New York Jets in the dictionary, you’ll see the butt fumble followed by this play right here. Sam Darnold and the Jets, a match made in heaven. Welcome to the pit of misery, Sammy. It’s really baffling how embarrassing this team continues to be year after year.
Update, his first actual TD pass to his own team was a nice 41 yarder. The Jets currently lead the Matt Patricia lead Lions 17-7.
